    Managing over $100B in retirement and financial assets, Gallagher's Financial & Retirement Services brings together respected consulting names across North America, covering areas such as Executive Life and Benefits, Investment and Fiduciary Consulting, Retirement Plan Consulting, and Financial Well Being.

    Responsibilities:
    • Develop and maintain wealth management relationships with existing benefit and retirement plan participants
    • Prospect for new business opportunities
    • Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure exceptional service
    • Participate in ongoing training to enhance industry knowledge
    • Conduct review meetings with clients to align portfolios with their investment objectives
    • Prepare paperwork for new accounts and ensure compliance
    • Present Financial Wellness Seminars to clients
    • Build rapport with internal partners for client support

    This is a hybrid role, combining office and remote work.

    Qualifications:
    Required: Bachelor's degree is a plus, at least 3 years of finance or banking experience, previous sales experience is beneficial.
    Licensing is required:
    Series 7 and Series 66
    Behaviors:
    Act independently, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
