    I am looking for permanent housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness and organization of a 5,000 square foot, two-story home; zip code 77024 between Memorial Dr. and Antoine Dr.

    Wednesday mornings starting at 5AM. Let me know if that time works for you. Please let me know if you have any other questions.

    Responsibilities:
    1. Perform thorough cleaning of all rooms in the home, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, and additional spaces such as home office, laundry room, garage and patios.
    2. Dusting and polishing furniture, fixtures and decorative items.
    3. Vacuuming and mopping floors, carpets and rugs.
    4. Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen appliances, countertops and surfaces.
    5. Changing bed linens and making beds.
    6. Laundry duties, Including washing, drying, folding, and linens.
    7. Organization of closets, cabinets and storage areas.
    8. Occasional deep cleaning tasks such as refrigerator and oven cleaning.
    9. Monitoring and restocking household cleaning supplies and toiletries
    10. Occasional assistance with small errands or special projects as needed.

    Requirements:
    1. Proven experience as a housekeeper, preferably in a large residential setting.
    2. Excellent knowledge of cleaning methods, products and equipment.
    3. Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect privacy.
    4. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    5. Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
    6. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and occasional schedule adjustments.
    7. Attention to detail and meticulous approach to cleaning tasks.
    8. Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed,
    9. Reliable transportation to and from the residence.
    10. Non-smoker preferred.
