    Responsibilities
    • Provides leadership demonstrating the ability to influence, motivate, manage, train, counsel and develop staff to work toward their highest level of function, in accordance with job descriptions and competencies.
    • Works closely with physicians to assure patient and surgical scheduling are meeting acceptable standards. Develop office guidelines with physician direction and input to assure the office performs smoothly and meets objectives.
    • Monitors daily office achievements. Monitors up-front collections, billing and collections to assure processes are working, monies are collected appropriately and reimbursements are accurate.
    • Delegates staff effectively demonstrating the ability to plan, organize, direct, control monitor and evaluate services and uses available resources appropriately.
    • Supports, interprets and monitors compliance with regulatory, quality and other clinical operational outcomes.
    • Evaluates circumstances using good judgment and ability to set priorities in decision-making, problem solving and eliciting cooperation. Develops strategy and adheres to operational goals.
    • Implements staff and program development/maintenance of high performance standards, good communications and positive employee relations and assures departmental staffing levels meet needs of organizational goals.
    • Takes ownership of assignments; other duties as assigned or required.
    • Communicates and listens effectively with internal and external customers; effectively understands instructions and shares knowledge.
    • Cooperates and interacts with supervisors, peers, other departments, and all customer groups demonstrating our commitment to "service"
    • Meets Budget (Operating & Capital) for assigned areas
    • Develops policies, processes, strategies and goals that support the clinic(s) direction
    Qualifications

    Job Requirements:
    • Bachelor's Degree in related field of study. Education may be substituted for relevant experience which totals eight (8) years experience.
    • Three (3) years directly related job related experience in the healthcare environment with at least two (2) years in supervisory capacity.
    Preferred Job Requirements:
    • Master's Degree
