Summary:
Seeking a skilled technician with 3+ years of experience in CNC machine maintenance and proficiency in electronics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and metalworking to ensure optimal machine functionality and workplace efficiency.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience on CNC machines.
Experience in electronics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and metalworking.
Ability to plan and perform basic machinery repair.
Skilled in installing and aligning new machining equipment.
Capable of performing preventative maintenance according to a schedule.
Experience in recording and reporting work hours accurately.
Familiarity with quality systems, ISO, and medical device requirements.
Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions and standard work.
Experience working in a manufacturing environment.

Preferred Skills:

Proficiency in partnering with various business segments including sales/marketing, customer service, engineering, quality, and finance.
Knowledge of business systems implementation and maintenance.
Skilled in maintaining an organized work area (5S).
Participation in Operational Excellence Programs.

Job Responsibilities:

Maintain, repair, and ensure proper functionality of machines within the facility.
Improve the quality, productivity, and safety of machine maintenance work.
Recommend improvements and changes for increased quality or efficiency.
Work independently on projects of moderate complexity.
Support and comply with the company's Quality System, ISO, and medical device requirements.
Partner with other business segments to understand customer needs and the core business markets served.
Participate in required company meetings and complete all other work duties as assigned.

Pay Details: $18.00 to $25.00 per hour
