$230,000 - $280,000 salary + equity

** Looking for a Subject Matter Expert in AI/ML, Small Molecule Drug Discovery **

We're working with a unique drug and cellular discovery platform, combining cell biology and the power of modern AI/ML to uncover treatments for cancer & rare diseases.

Looking for an expert in bringing de novo deep physics-powered approaches to molecular design and property prediction.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop novel ML models & software for a multimodal approach to discovery
• Train and improve models & pipelines to ensure high-performance data transformation
• Process research papers and partner with scientists and researchers to to determine product requirements and functionality
• Proactively impact the roadmap for their development

Requirements:

• Strong in modern deep learning & deep math/physics-powered first principles for drug discovery
• Experience in computational chemistry applied to drug discovery
• Strong in comp chem packages (RDKit, OpenMM, ParMe, GROMACS, Ambertools, MDAnalysis)
• Proficiency in ligand discovery, small molecule docking, in-silico virtual screening
