EXPERIENCED GLAZIER:
HIGH END RESIDENTIAL/ LIGHT COMMERCIAL

Company: Integrated Install, Inc. is fast growing company installing luxury doors and windows in the custom residential home market & light commercial projects.


Position: Seeking motivated EXPERIENCED (minimum 2 years) window and door installation / glazing


Schedule:

FULL-TIME, Mon-Fri with overtime as needed


Pay:

Rates start at $25/hour. Negotiated based on experience level, opportunity for growth and advancement.


Essential Duties:
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.

• Carry up to 65lbs.
• Use suction cups to carry glass with others.
• Drive to and from job sites in your own vehicle.
• Work under the supervision of a foreman.
• Use a crane with suction cups to lift glass into place.
• Use your cell phone to: clock in and out, submit daily reports.
• Waterproofing/ flashing, sill pans, window/door installation.

Minimum Requirements:
- Journeyman level experience in glazing or window installation.

• Knowledge of block frame and nail fin installation of sliders, pivot doors, casements, awnings, hoppers, curtain walls, bifolds, glass handrails.
• Own basic hand tools & power tools, levels and lasers.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver license, auto insurance and social security number.
• Reliable cell phone and ability to complete occasional online trainings.
• Work boots, pants, and black Tshirt (company to provide shirts, hats).
• Ability to travel within greater Los Angeles and surrounding areas. We service projects from North Malibu to Dana Point/South Orange County.
• Punctual and reliable with a strong attention to detail.

Physical Requirements:- Manual labor including but not limited to taking delivery of large windows, doors, glass products.

• Operate basic hand and power tools safely.
• Carry up to 65lbs.
• Stand and walk up to 8hrs per day.
• Ability to carry, set up, and climb (extension) ladders, scaffolds.
• Ability to work on knees as required.
