Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm

We are currently hiring for a Landscape Maintenance Crew Member to join our North Charleston Maintenance Team
Position Description:
The Landscape Maintenance Crew Member is responsible for safely transporting crew and equipment between multiple job sites daily, maintaining vehicle cleanliness and compliance with DOT standards, and assisting with landscaping tasks using hand tools and two-cycle equipment. This role requires strong organizational skills, a safety-first mindset, and a willingness to learn and adapt on the job.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate company vehicles to navigate to and from multiple job sites daily, ensuring timely arrival and departure
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe vehicle environment always, adhering to company protocols and safety standards
- Comply with all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and industry best practices related to vehicle operation and safety
- Demonstrate a willingness and ability to learn the proper and efficient use of two-cycle equipment, including ongoing skills development
- Effectively utilize a variety of landscape hand tools to support crew operations and ensure high-quality job site performance
- Minimum of one (1) year of relevant work experience, preferably in a landscaping, construction, or related field
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for the past three (3) years; must meet company and insurance eligibility requirements
- Prior experience operating and maneuvering trailers in urban or high-traffic environments is highly preferred

Descripción del Puesto:
El Miembro del Equipo de Mantenimiento de Jardinería es responsable de transportar de manera segura al equipo y los equipos de trabajo entre múltiples sitios diariamente, mantener el vehículo limpio y organizado, cumplir con las normas del DOT, y apoyar en tareas de jardinería utilizando herramientas manuales y equipos de dos tiempos. Responsabilidades:
- Operar vehículos de la empresa de manera segura para trasladarse a diversos sitios de trabajo diariamente, garantizando llegadas y salidas puntuales.
- Mantener el vehículo limpio, organizado y seguro en todo momento, cumpliendo con los protocolos y estándares de seguridad de la empresa.
- Cumplir con todas las regulaciones del Departamento de Transporte (DOT) y las mejores prácticas de la industria relacionadas con la operación y seguridad vehicular.
- Mostrar disposición y capacidad para aprender el uso adecuado y eficiente de equipos de dos tiempos, incluyendo el desarrollo continuo de habilidades.
- Utilizar eficazmente una variedad de herramientas manuales de jardinería para apoyar las operaciones del equipo y garantizar un alto nivel de calidad en los sitios de trabajo.
- Mínimo un (1) año de experiencia laboral relevante, preferiblemente en jardinería, construcción o campos relacionados.
- Licencia de conducir válida con un historial de manejo limpio durante los últimos tres (3) años; debe cumplir con los requisitos de elegibilidad de la empresa y del seguro.
- Se prefiere experiencia previa operando y maniobrando remolques en entornos urbanos o de alto tráfico.
