    Position Summary:
    As a Business Process Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in implementing and supporting key Shared Services initiatives.

    Leveraging your expertise in finance processes, you will assist the Shared Service Business Process Owners to drive key projects to completion.

    Your work will directly contribute to the optimization of the Shared Services operations.


    Essential Responsibilities:


    Lead and or support projects to implement company initiatives to drive productivity and or to improve overall stakeholder experience across Shared Service financial operations including but not limited to AP, AR, Treasury, and General Accounting.


    • Perform requirements gathering, root cause /data analysis, and document project plan, test cases, and results to drive system enhancements, changes & process automation initiatives.
    • Develop and maintain documentation, user guides, and training materials for new/existing processes as implemented.
    • Focus on simplification, provide user training and support to maximize the utilization of new solutions, processes, systems and resolve user issues promptly.
    • Analyze, document, and accurately track the progress of implemented initiatives; establish reporting and metrics for continued visibility.
    • Implement solutions that adhere to internal controls and compliance requirements. Ensure all implemented processes are in line with financial regulations and standards.
    • Work closely with finance, IT, and other departments to ensure cross-functional collaboration.

    Position Requirements:
    Experience: 5-10 years of experience in finance, with a solid understanding of financial operations (AP, AR, Treasury, Accounting). Shared Services experience preferred.

    • Technical Skills: Proficiency in standard business tools and familiarity with SAP preferred. Knowledge and experience with process automation tools is a plus.
    • Education: bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
    • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Project Management: Demonstrated experience in managing automation projects from inception to completion, with a focus on timely delivery and meeting project objectives.

    Equal Pay Act Range:
    Annual Salary Range between $87,000 to $130,200 including benefits and incentive plans.
