    Job Title: Compassionate Caregiver

    About Village Caregiving - Point Pleasant

    Village Caregiving - Point Pleasant is dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to our residents, prioritizing their well-being and comfort in a positive and nurturing environment.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
    • Support residents with mobility and physical therapy exercises to maintain strength and flexibility
    • Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding to ensure proper nutrition
    • Provide companionship and emotional support to residents, engaging them in activities that promote mental and social well-being
    • Maintain detailed records of residents' progress and services provided, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as a caregiver in a similar setting, demonstrating ability to provide high-quality care and support
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
    • Ability to follow instructions and work independently, managing time and prioritizing tasks efficiently
    • Certification in CPR and First Aid is preferred, but not required; willingness to obtain certification within a specified timeframe
