We work very hard at Grand Rock to bring you the latest parts and new products.

Many of our products are manufactured in North America and this is something we are proud of. Working out of a 53,000 sq. ft. facility, Grand Rock maintains an inventory of over 3000 SKU's of catalog items. This provides a rapid turnaround on parts for a wide variety of makes and models.

Responsible for maintaining and improving property, plant, and equipment:

Maintain all safety regulations and a safe work environment.
Maintain preventative maintenance schedule per ISO and company requirements.
Maintain and improve machinery, equipment, and facility.
Improve machinery to improve safety and process flow.
Implement Lean techniques to improve manufacturing and maintenance processes.
Keep facility clean and free from issues or flaws in equipment and property.
Help with projects as required by management
Maintain records of machine failures.
Maintain a record of day-to-day operations.

Work Experience:

Two or more years experience in Manufacturing Maintenance.
Basic knowledge of industrial machine repair.
Familiarity with Preventative Maintenance requirements.
Hydraulics.
Tow-motor repair/maintenance.
Scissor Lift experience.

Education:

High school diploma or GED.
Word and Excel proficiency.
Technical/vocational skills preferred.

** Contingent upon passing a drug screen including marijuana testing.

We also offer a quarterly profit sharing bonus after 90 days based on company/employee performance results.
