Tax Lawyer

We are seeking an experienced Tax Lawyer to provide expert legal advice on tax-related matters to clients across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.
• Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and maximize tax efficiencies.
• Represent clients in disputes and negotiations with tax authorities.
• Prepare and review tax filings, including corporate, partnership, and individual returns.
• Conduct tax due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions.
• Stay updated on changes in tax legislation and provide strategic advice based on new developments.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Membership in good standing with the Bar.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax law.
• Strong understanding of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
