    The Recruiting Coordinator assists the Talent Team with Peterman Brothers' recruiting and Talent Acquisition methods.

    Additionally, they are responsible for finding, attracting, and onboarding new employees for both Peterman Brothers and Peterman's Top Tech Academy.

    What You'll Do Assist with the sourcing and screening and various entry-level roles. Write and update job descriptions and postings.

    See candidates through the entire recruiting journey from first contact, to prescreening, to orientation Send email correspondence regarding New Hire Orientation to all New Hires and Operations Team.

    Collaborate with Talent Team on various sourcing methods and overall recruiting strategy. Update and maintain recruiting related documents and forms Track and record results from New Hire surveys. Communicate weekly to the Operations team on all recruiting related activity. Assist with various recruiting and hr related responsibilities as needed.

    What You'll Need Bachelor's degree in HR, Communication, or related field (preferred) Passionate about Recruiting and HR and eager to learn from the ground up Outstanding organizational skills Exceptional digital, written, and verbal communication Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and software Ability to be flexible, thrive in a rapidly changing environment, and ability to handle multiple priorities at once Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Want to join a company that puts people first?
