    Were looking for a skilled

    Invoicing Specialist

    professional for our Columbus Headquarters to handle invoice processing and project scope reviews on multiple construction projects.

    Duties include but are not limited to:
    Manage insurance claims and invoicing process
    Ensuring that client information details are kept up-to-date.
    Creating and sending invoices and statements to customers.
    Checking the data input to ensure the accuracy of the final bill.
    Tracking payments and ensuring that the cash flow into the company is buoyant.
    Reporting issues or irregularities to the financial head of the company.
    Recovering outstanding debts.
    Handling clients' account queries.
    Initiating new procedures for billing.
    Qualifications
    Invoicing Experience required
    Insurance claims experience required
    Ability to multi task and stay extremely organized and meet deadlines
    High attention to detail, problem solving and independent work are all qualities required
    Must have some experience with insurance management
    Insurance/Billing/Accounting/Accounts Receivable experience required
    Experience with roofing/construction or related invoicing required
    Experience reviewing project scope highly desired
