Job Description Summary
The Senior Associate Director of Data Strategy & Reporting of the McNulty Leadership Program will work with the Director of People Lab in its efforts to enhance and expand the platform.
The Senior Associate Director will lead the development of a data-driven communication strategy and the creation of an organization-wide data dissemination system.
This position will also serve as the technical systems expert and WCIT liaison and, moreover, supervise the Associate Director of Data & Program Evaluation.
Job Description
The four major job functions are to: (1) Oversee the expansion and enhancements of People Lab, with a focus on education, the expansion of internal audiences at Penn, and new resource development; (2) Develop a clear and accessible data-driven communication strategy for different audiences and stakeholder groups in the McNulty Leadership Program; (3) Create, implement and maintain an organization-wide data dissemination system and process for metric collection, data reporting and the strategic sharing of results and their impact to all key stakeholder; (4) Serve as the in-house technical resource, source of expertise for program technology and software, chief manager and assessor of shared systems.
In order to carry out these four major job functions, this position supervises the Associate Director of Data and Program Evaluation.
Qualificationsfunction expertly in dynamic, team-based environment with rapidly-changing priorities, thrive in ambiguity and have an ability to coordinate and collaborate with individuals at all levels of the organization; have comfort working with technical applications and the ability to understand users' needs and experience and how to translate that into digestible reports; and demonstrate the skills and abilities necessary to supervise a direct report, the Associate Director of Data and Program Evaluation, and to support needs of the senior team and multiple internal and external stakeholders, including students, alumni, faculty, and staff.
