Meat Production Positions

Employees use hand tools, knives, and equipment to prepare meat according to specifications and standards in a fast-paced environment.

• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is mandatory for work involving animal blood, carcass parts, unpleasant odors, or varied heights around moving equipment.

• Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodations. Requirements include ability to stand on hard surfaces the entire shift using stairways or elevated platforms.
