    Description

    Speech Pathologist

    A professional responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, coordinating, monitoring, and evaluating patient care activities. The incumbent is accountable to the Administrative Team.

    The Speech Pathologist collaborates with other Clinical Associates to meet individual needs using communication and available resources to promote quality, cost-effective care.

    • Gathers pertinent data from the chart and discusses it with the physician as necessary.
    • Independently assesses all patient types assigned.
