Position: Sales and Inventory Associate
Location: 14278 BISCAYNE BOULEVARD, NORTH MIAMI, FLORIDA.

Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated bilingual individual to join our team as a Sales and Warehouse Worker. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their floral needs while also managing various warehouse tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting and assisting customers with their flower selections in a friendly and professional manner.
- Processing sales transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Restocking shelves and arranging floral displays as needed.
- Receiving, inspecting, and organizing incoming flower shipments in the warehouse.
- Keeping track of inventory levels and notifying management of any discrepancies or shortages.
- Assisting with general warehouse duties, including packing orders and preparing them for shipment.
- Collaborating with team members to meet sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
- Bilingual, English and Spanish.
- Previous experience in retail sales and customer service.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks such as heavy lifting and carrying flower arrangements.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Actualmente estamos buscando a una persona bilingue dedicada para unirse a nuestro equipo como Asociado de Ventas y Almacén. En este rol, serás responsable de ayudar a los clientes con sus necesidades florales, al mismo tiempo que gestionarás diversas tareas de almacén para garantizar un funcionamiento fluido.
Responsabilidades:
- Saludar y ayudar a los clientes con sus selecciones florales de manera amigable y profesional.
- Procesar transacciones de venta con precisión utilizando nuestro sistema de punto de venta.
- Mantener un entorno de tienda limpio, organizado y visualmente atractivo.
- Reabastecer estantes y organizar exhibiciones florales según sea necesario.
- Recibir, inspeccionar y organizar los envíos de flores entrantes en el almacén.
- Mantener un seguimiento de los niveles de inventario y notificar a la gerencia de cualquier discrepancia o escasez.
- Ayudar con las tareas generales de almacén, incluyendo el empaque de pedidos y su preparación para su envío.
- Colaborar con otros miembros del equipo para alcanzar los objetivos de ventas y ofrecer un servicio al cliente excepcional.
Requisitos:
- Bilingüe, inglés y español.
- Experiencia previa en ventas al por menor y servicio al cliente preferida.
- Resistencia física para realizar tareas como levantar y transportar arreglos florales.
- Capacidad para trabajar de manera eficiente en un entorno rápido.
- Atención al detalle y capacidad para seguir instrucciones.
- Flexibilidad para trabajar fines de semana y días festivos según sea necesario.
