    IT Help Desk Technician

    We're seeking to add an additional IT Help Desk team member that is motivated to join our team in providing technical support to Dental Practices across the Nation.

    This is a permanent full time work from home position.

    Must have great interpersonal skills that can carry a conversation with team members and our customers.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    · Strong interpersonal and communication skills and a team player mindset are a must. Our team's culture and phenomenal customer service are tired to our core values.

    · Provide expertise, experience, and knowledge in the administration of diverse systems environments. You will work to ensure the health of the systems and remedy any issues or problems that affect the quality of service we provide.

    · Trouble shooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults;

    · Troubleshoot technology problems as they arise

    · Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks

    · Identify and isolate technical issues and propose mitigation and/or improvement strategies

    · Perform and document root cause analysis

    · Ability to quickly learn and articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND CHARACTERISTICS REQUIRED:

    -Installation of software, printers, scanners

    -knowledge of networking concepts and remote access protocols such as LANs/WANS, TCP/IP

    Active Directory experience

    Excellent analytical skills.

    Excellent communication, presentation and listening skills is a must

    Excellent time-management skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize.

    High level of integrity, judgment and situational awareness.

    Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with team members

    Flexibility and adaptability to change.

    Excellent customer service skills.
