- Lead discovery sessions with clients to obtain policies pertinent to software being implemented for the purpose of configuration
- Configuration of software
- Testing of software
- High level training of client personnel
- Respond to issues/concerns
- Coordinate 3rd party integrations
- Build and drive project plans
- Meet deadlines and properly track billable/non billable hours
- Handle existing client issues
- Act as liaison with UKG to resolve issues
- Fix current configuration issues
- Configure new policies
- Participate in phone conversations to provide software functionality/details.
- Provide software presentations via web tools or possibly on site visits.
- Help with RFP responses.
- Stay up to speed on new feature releases
- Follow new technology trends that impact software
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Minimum 3 yeas implementing UKG products
- HR/Payroll background if applying for consultant to those applicable modules
- Experience implementing comparable software products
- Strong computer skills
- Various Operating Systems
- Microsoft Products
- Issue Tracking/Resolution software
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent client relation skills
- Web based architecture products
- Computer Science degree a plus
- Logical and Analytical minded
- Out of the box thinking

Description
We have multiple open consulting roles for UKG products (Central, PRO and READY) across all modules (Timekeeper, HR, Payroll, Accruals, Scheduling, Attestation, Analytics, Leave, Attendance). Our focus is more on HR/Payroll and Timekeeper/Accruals and we are seeking candidates to implement and support one or more of the modules. This is a full-time, position. M-F, 8-5.
