- BS/BA in related discipline or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of related experience
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Established relationships with national advertisers
- Understanding of TV and national advertising trends
- Expert knowledge of TV sales and marketing
- Strong negotiation, leadership, and communication skills
- Highly organized and analytical
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in political sales is a plus
