Position Name: Stress Engineer - One-Offs Repairs

Location: Chula Vista, CA

Duration: 12+ Months(Contract)

Visa: Only USC OR GC

Day1 onsite job, no hybrid & no remote

Job Description:

Static/ Fatigue Analysis on Composite and Metallic structural components

Basic understanding and experience in analyzing bolted, riveted joints and lug joint

Strong hand calculation analysis. FEM Skills are added advantage

Prior Nacelle Stress Analysis Experience will be added advantage

Good academic record with faie understanding of structural analysis

Work independently, provides technical guidance to junior engineers, makes recommendations to management and works on standardization to improve turnaround times.

Positive Attitude/ Customer Centric/ Inter-team Coordination

Ability to work in fast-paced environment

Ability for quick engineering judgment to release the repair as fast as possible

Should be ok for flexible schedule {for example: [Sun – Thu], or, [Tue – Sat]}
