    Education and/or Experience-

    High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate);

    Bachelor's degree in Marketing

    , Communications, or similar relevant field preferred, six or more years marketing experience; or equivalent combination of education

    Language Skills-

    Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common digital marketing forms and financial reports. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to effectively present information to management, public groups, and/or board of directors. Ability to interact clearly and effectively, in both written and oral communication, with supervisor, clients, staff, vendors, etc.
    Mathematical Skills-

    Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
    Computer Skills-


    To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient in personal computer skills including electronic mail, record keeping, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc.

    This role requires an above-average knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs, Search Engine Optimization (SEO),

    Web Development

    and digital marketing tools.
    Other Qualifications-

    Valid driver's license is

    required

    ; Must be able to travel 25% of the time; Google certification preferred.

    Duties and Responsibilities:
    Uses current and past data to forecast future sales strategies for the entire company.
    Develops and manages the marketing department and marketing budgets.
    Develops and

    maintains

    relationships with outside vendors.
    Analyzes existing branding and marketing strategies and

    improves

    upon them.
    Leads a capable marketing team and delegates tasks fairly.
    Prepares and reviews monthly, quarterly, and yearly budgets and

    allocates

    resources appropriately.
    Conducts market research and implements strategies based on findings.
    Closely

    monitors

    competitors' successes and failures and

    learns

    from them.
    Assists

    with the recruiting, hiring, and training of

    new staff

    for the team.
    Works with the technicians and sales teams to ensure a higher conversion of sales.
    Develops and

    maintains

    the price book for service technicians.
    Provides leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge and skill.
    Performs all other duties as assigned.
