Job summary
The Quality Specialist is responsible for planning, coordinating and executing quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with internal standards and customer requirements.This role supports both internal and external quality processes including audits inspections and approval procedures while collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain product integrity continuous improvement.
- Plan schedule coordinate quality functions such as scrap recordkeeping non-conforming material reports corrective actions internal system audits control of suspect material
- Interpret engineering prints develop inspection plans using appropriate gauges accuracy standards
- Support quality engineers auditing procedures compliance reporting deviations
