Job Description Job Description One of our Valued Clients, a leading specialized engineering firm that specializes in the planning, design, and construction of water and wastewater facilities is looking to hire a Mid-Level Structural Engineer to support great projects.

Plans, monitors and manages structural engineering scope, schedule and budget for successful project completion Performs quality management reviews of structural designs by others and works with designer to understand and resolve issues arising from the review Prepares estimates for cost and schedule of structural engineering services for design and construction Production of Contract Documents for construction of structures, including plans and specifications Conducts on-site investigations and evaluations of existing structures, including the preparation of reports Works with other project team members to understand and integrate their requirements into the structural design Coordinates details of design between various project design disciplinesRequirements: Degree in in Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering with Structural Emphasis Registration as a Professional Engineer or Structural Engineer in the State of California and/or Hawaii or EIT Certification or passed FE exam Ability to apply critical thinking, analysis, and innovative techniques to develop options and recommendations to solve technical problems Experience in the application of building codes and code-referenced standards for design of water treatment and industrial structures in concrete, steel, and reinforced masonry Highly motivated self-starter with experience working with minimum supervision to determine and complete structural engineering tasks while acting as part of a multi-disciplinary project team Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of specifications for construction using concrete, masonry and steel Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of presentation of structural design and detailing in construction documents Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of structural design codes and standardsIf you are interested in this opportunity and meet the requirements, please email your updated Resume to - and one of our Account Managers will be in touch if you meet the requirements.
