Concrete Sculptor Helper Job Description

GSI is building a concrete sculpting business within our core Geotech business. As a Concrete Sculptor Helper, you will collaborate closely with soils crews, engineers and project managers to understand design specifications and ensure seamless integration of sculptural elements into the construction process.

• Create sculpted concrete (shotcrete) walls, ensuring accuracy, technical specifications and artistic expression.
• Color, sculpt, carve, and texture concrete surfaces with precision to meet design specifications.

The ideal candidate must have 1-3 or more years of experience performing complex high-volume concrete sculpting coloring texturing preferably in a commercial public environment Familiarity with sculpting tools equipment ability to work at vertical heights knowledge of safety environmental regulations strong verbal written communication skills excellent time management skills proven ability to meet deadlines prioritize tasks function well under stress travel extensively on rotating schedule typically consisting weeks working travelling week off proficiency Microsoft Office Suite related software preferred.
