This is a part-time position. The required schedule will be about 20-24 hours per week. Set hours are to be determined. All applicants must be willing to work early and late as the schedule will be flexible. The pay rate is $15.00/hour.

Essential Job Qualifications: Above all, the aide must do everything with a smile. Customer service is the number one priority of our organization. The aide is responsible for supporting clinical care delivery by preparing treatment area, patient, equipment and materials.
Assigned Responsibilities or Duties:
The aide is responsible for assisting the therapists in transporting patients, laundry, cleaning tables and equipment, spot-cleaning of facility as needed, assisting with making hot/cold packs, answering the phone and any other tasks assigned to he/she by the therapists. Aides may be required to answer the phone, collect copays and help schedule patient appointments (depending on the shift, and if your director trains you for those duties).
• Maintains patient confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential as per HIPPA regulations.
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Provides equipment and supplies by sterilizing and delivering equipment and supplies to treatment area; positioning equipment for therapist access; interacts with patients, and ensures their comfort. (For example, brings weights to therapists, gets patients a glass of water.)
• Maintains therapy supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
• Helps assist patients by preparing heat packs; paraffin dips; helping set-up exercise equipment, operating timers and assisting therapists with recording data
