    Our government client is looking for an experienced Software Test Analyst on a long-term renewable contract role in Tallahassee, FL.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Contractor will perform the following tasks in the time and manner specified:

    • As directed by the Department, facilitate collecting system requirements with the MQA business program staff.
    • As directed by the Department, develop documentation (i.e., diagrams, flow charts, requirements document).
    • As directed by the Department, perform needs analysis, analyze business processes, develop process maps, and assist project managers in all phases of the projects.
    • As directed by the Department, develop test cases, test plans, and conduct user acceptance testing.
    • As directed by the Department, perform testing on system changes to meet user-defined requirements.
    • As directed by the Department, facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) with the business program staff.
    • As directed by the Department, facilitate meetings with technical and program staff (i.e., scheduling meetings, document decisions, identify issues and action items).
    • As directed by the Department, produce status reports on the implementation of user-defined requirements.
    • As directed by the Department, produce detailed accounting of hours worked by tasks.
    • Follow Department IT processes and coordinate with other Department IT staff to ensure compliance with Department standards as assigned by the Department.
    • As directed by the Department, correspond (verbally and in written formats) with project teams, internal stakeholders regarding project activities, deliverables, and status.
    • As directed by the Department, actively participate in project status meetings.
    • As directed by the Department, coordinate efforts with the Program Manager to achieve cost savings under this agreement, where feasible and practicable. Those efforts include, but are not limited to, identifying common system errors in systems that can be resolved in a manner that achieves cost savings in the State of Florida. Any cost savings identified must be documented as part of the monthly status report.
    • As directed by the Department, facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) with the business program staff.
    • Provide analytical services to ensure requirements, policies, procedures and standards are being applied by the Department's Applications Development Team and operational efficiencies are maintained to implement user defined requirements, daily in the time indicated on the work tickets assigned by the Department, for system feature enhancements or additions and bug fixes.
    • As directed by the Department receive Tyler Technologies Versa Online, Versa Mobile, Versa Regulation and other MQA business technology systems configuration request tickets and complete them using the related Administration Modules or SQL.
    • As directed by the Department meet with end-user staff to discuss ticket requirements and other system-related issues and work with end-users to prioritize requests.
    • Determine necessary steps to configure system and assist in researching system issues as assigned by the Department and determining if a configuration change will resolve.
    • As directed by the Department design Tyler Technologies Versa Online, Versa Mobile, Versa Regulation and other MQA business technology systems configuration changes and/ or proof of concept and advise MQA management and Divisions on effects changes may have on processing or other workflows.
    • As directed by the Department validate Tyler Technologies Versa Online, Versa Mobile, Versa Regulation and other MQA business technology systems configuration changes occur according to Department's standards to include testing, documentation and communication.
    • As directed by the Department advise MQA program offices on system impact of a requested change.

    Data Security and Confidentiality Task:

    The Contractor, its employees, subcontractors, and agents must always comply with all Department data security procedures and policies in the performance of this scope of work as specified in the Data Security and Confidentiality document attached to the purchase order.

    QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

    Contractor staff assigned to this agreement must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:

    • Must have a minimum of five years of experience with User Acceptance Testing methodologies and documentation.
    • The Contractor must have a minimum of five years of experience implementing, integrating with or maintaining Tyler Technologies Versa Online, Versa Mobile and/or Versa Regulation products.
    • The Contractor must have a minimum of five years of experience with Software Development Life Cycle Methodology.
    • The Contractor must have a minimum of five years of experience with Structured Query Language (PL/SQL) programming.
    • The Contractor must have a minimum of five years of experience with the software development of web-based application.
    • The Contractor must have a minimum of five years of experience with formal software testing.
    • The Contractor must have a minimum of five years of experience with delivering the project in the agreed schedule, to the correct technical specification (i.e., defined to meet user requirements) within the approved budget or other specified criteria.
    • The Contractor must have a minimum of five years of experience Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Visio. These are the primary tools used within the Division for documentation.
    • The Contractor must have a minimum of five years of experience with creating and presenting internal and external status reports and detailed status reports suitable for presentation to the management team.
    • The Contractor must have a minimum of five years of experience with leading meetings and determining work tasks that need to be completed.
    • The Contractor must have a minimum of five years demonstrated experience with developing and mentoring.
