With our vast range of products, including irrigation supplies, water-efficient solutions, landscape and turf products, hardscape materials, and more, we are dedicated to supporting the success of our customers.

As an Account Manager, you will be key in supporting our continued growth in Tulare County.

You will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of existing client accounts, as well as generating new business opportunities within the region.

This position requires a combination of excellent sales and relationship-building skills, deep industry knowledge, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs and providing them with excellent service and product recommendations Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other business development activities Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training to educate customers on the features and benefits of our products Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and delivery to customers Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product and service enhancements Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM software Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably within the landscape, irrigation, or related industries Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets Strong knowledge of landscape and irrigation products and technologies Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers Self-motivated and driven, with a strong entrepreneurial spirit Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Tulare County and surrounding areas Benefits Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision) Retirement Plan (401k, IRA) Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D) Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays) Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity) Short Term & Long Term Disability Training & Development Wellness Resources Profit Sharing We have the 4 C's that make your job a career Career Development
