Voyage Healthcare is looking for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our team We have clinic locations in Crystal, Maple Grove, Osseo, and Plymouth. LPN's are responsible for providing professional, courteous and efficient nursing care to meet the needs of the clinic patients. This includes collecting data for patient needs and relaying them to service providers to ensure that the clinic functions effectively.

*SIGN-ON BONUS: When hired as an LPN, you are eligible for a $1,500 tiered Sign-On Bonus

Bonuses will be paid in three installments. All signing bonuses will be treated as regular income and subject to all applicable taxes. (Additional details will be provided upon offer of employment with Voyage Healthcare.)

Responsibilities:

• Rooming patients and assisting in the float station
• Administering injections, phlebotomy draws and performing EKGs
• Communicate with patients and patient's family to provide advice, patient education forms and ensure completion of appropriate patient forms
• Complies with procedures and policies to ensure a safe work environment and compliance with OSHA standards
• Performs other related duties as assigned
• Travel to other locations as needed

Requirements:

• Licensed by Minnesota Board of Nursing
• CPR Certification, required within one month of employment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to undertake a variety of diverse care tasks
