Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process specimens, assist in specimen grossing, and maintain equipment under department leadership.
• Carry out assigned duties to meet quality standards for patient care.
• Ensure all actions comply with regulatory and hospital guidelines.

Qualifications:

Job Requirements:

• Degree in histotechnology, laboratory science, or medical laboratory technology, OR in biology/chemistry with relevant education/training.
• Certification not mandatory.

Preferred Job Requirements:

• Prior experience in a clinical or anatomic pathology department.
• At least six months of Histotechnician experience.
