Scheduled Hours:
8:30am - 5:00pm, includes on-call weekend rotation

Job Description:
Provides leadership for all nursing personnel at the Klein Center. Plans, directs, and coordinates health services for the organizations long term care facility. Conducts and administers fiscal operations, including accounting, planning budgets, authorizing expenditures, establishing rates for services, and coordinating financial reporting.

Consults with medical, business, and community groups to discuss service problems, respond to community needs, enhance public relations, coordinate activities and plans, and promote health programs.

Maintains communication between governing boards, medical staff, and department heads by attending board meetings and coordinating interdepartmental functioning.


Required:
Licensed RN in the state of IowaPrevious leadership experienceProficient computer skills (Microsoft products)

Preferred:
BSN or BS in Healthcare Administration or NursingPrevious long-term care experienceKnowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources#J-18808-Ljbffr
