    Lakewood Reflections Mental Health Inpatient program offers intensive and comprehensive individualized mental healthcare in an inpatient setting for adults 55 and older.


    Our home health/hospice team prides itself on providing top quality care to our patients in their own home following hospital discharge, change in health condition, or transition to hospice services.

    Mission for CNA FLOAT


    The CNA - Float will provide personalized, compassionate care to our senior patients across divisions, maintaining a high level of care for our clients regardless of placement.

    As a float, you will be the swiss army knife of senior services elevating the care and collaboration across the senior services division, while prioritizing dignity and respect for each individual in your care.

    Duties & Responsibilities


    • Provide assistance to seniors with daily activities such as feeding and bathing
    • Encourage seniors to function at the highest level of their ability
    • Communicate information regarding client needs through written and verbal communication to appropriate staff members
    • Observe proper infection control and safety procedures
    • Respond positively to feedback (questions, suggestions, problems) from residents, guests, family members and fellow staff
    • Establish a compassionate environment for patients and family members
    • Perform treatment interventions as directed in patient care plans
    • Complete all required documentation relevant to patients promptly and thoroughly
    Position Type

    We offer flexible scheduling to promote work/life balance. Variety of shifts available.

    Certified Nursing Assistants start at $17/hr with additional compensation for each FLOAT location:


    • First float certifications - additional $1/per hour for every hour worked; Second and third float certifications - $.050/hour each

    Additional compensation available through:

    • Competitive shift differential (PM/Noc), shift pick-up, overtime
    • Increases based on certifications, education, experience or additional duties
