- You have some flexibility to see your assigned patients for the shift as you prefer, as long as you are self-motivated and efficient in your time management. These roles offer excellent balance with mainly daytime hours.

- While you will be working independently, you will be supported by the RN Case Manager and our scheduler. We offer the technology you need for patient records. Rewards include mileage reimbursement.
- STNA certification

*What you'll do*As directed by a Case Manager, you will provide end-of-life care and various services for hospice patients throughout several counties, including health care, nutritional services, mobility assistance, bathroom assistance, medications, light housekeeping and running errands. We'll rely on you to observe, report and document patient status and offer empathetic support to patients and their families.
