Job summary
URBN is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Manager of Compensation to join our team primarily supporting our corporate functions as well as consulting on our field and supply chain organizations.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design development and implementation of compensation programs including base pay incentive plans equity executive compensation and other rewards
- Conduct thorough job analysis and evaluation to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness
