    Job Description:

    Key Responsibilities

    • Facilitate resident goal setting by utilizing skills to promote individual recovery.
    • Teach independent living skills and encourage positive choices.
    • Assist with daily housekeeping and cooking duties.
    • Maintain accurate case files according to agency policy, government regulations, and applicable codes.
    • Communicate concerns to the multi-disciplinary treatment team to ensure client needs are met.
    • Enforce policies and procedures while maintaining a daily schedule.
    • Lead or participate in group settings to educate residents on various topics.
    • Administer medication as required.
    • Transport clients to meetings and events.


    Requirements:

    • Valid driver's license for company vehicle operation.
    • Pass a DHS caregiver background check.
    • Hold Standard Precautions, Fire Safety, CPR, First Aid, Medication Administration certifications.
    • Complete any required in-service training and conferences.
    • Proficient computer knowledge, spelling, and typing skills.


    Work Schedule:

    12-hour shifts from 6:00pm to 6:00am.


    Job Type:

    Full-time position.
