    Local CDL Driver Sealy TX
    Our company is seeking a skilled and experienced Local CDL Driver Sealy TX with strap chain usage, and experience with flatbed equipment loading and unloading. The driver will be responsible for transporting a wide range of goods on flatbed trucks (mainly concrete forms), ensuring that loads are safely and securely strapped down and transported to their intended destination. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable of DOT regulations and have a strong focus on safety and customer satisfaction.

    Call or text us at to get started Local CDL Driver Sealy TX Job duties:
    • Secure loads with straps and chains to ensure they are stable and secure for transport
    • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure compliance with DOT regulations
    • Complete delivery paperwork and log hours of service in compliance with DOT regulations
    • Maintain communication with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status and any potential issues
    • Adhere to safety protocols and ensure the safety of cargo, fellow employees, and the public
    • Maintain a clean and organized truck cab and trailer
    • Perform other duties as assigned by management
    • Proficient in operating flatbeds, belly dumps, and tankers, with a strong focus on cement transportation. Must have a clean driving record and be committed to safety compliance and efficient delivery protocols
    Local CDL Driver Sealy TX Requirements:
    • Valid CDL Class A driver's license with a clean driving record
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in flatbed truck driving and strap chain usage
    • Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards
    • Ability to read and interpret maps, routes, and driving directions
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic
    • Ability to sit for extended periods of time while driving
    • Ability to climb in and out of the truck cab and trailer
    • Ability to lift and move heavy cargo, up to 50 lbs.
    • MUST HAVE MEDICAL EXAMINERS CARD
    • MUST HAVE A CLEAN DRIVING RECORD
    • MUST HAVE A CURRENT AND VALID CDL LICENSE
    • MUST PASS PRE-EMPLOYMENT DOT DRUG SCREENING AND PHYSICAL EXAM
      Location: Sealy, TXPay: $21.00 plus monthly bonuses availableShift: Monday - Friday 5 am - 3 pm (may include OT and some occasional Saturdays)
