This position is responsible for crafting the perfect pizza. You will make dough from scratch, hand stretch pizzas, use only all-natural ingredients,and bake in our 600 degree brick ovens.Responsibilities
- Stretching,topping,and cooking pizza using the specific Flippers methods
- Making & managing fresh dough – made on-site & cold fermented for a minimum of 48 hours
- Weigh,measure,and mix ingredients according to recipes,using various kitchen utensils and equipment
