Financial Analyst - Madawaska - TEC Group
Description
If you believe the best finance partners are built on the plant floor, not just behind a screen, this role is worth your time.
We are supporting a manufacturing operation in Aroostook County, Maine that is looking for an Accounting or Finance professional who wants to be truly embedded in the business. This is not a remote, hybrid, or check-in-from-afar role. It is hands-on, on-site, and closely tied to day-to-day operations.
You will work directly with machine superintendents and plant leadership, supporting critical equipment, processes, and operational finance activities that require a daily presence. This role also serves as backup for on-site operational finance responsibilities, making reliability and engagement essential.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who can commute locally or is open to relocating for the right long-term fit. Northern Maine offers a pace and quality of life that is increasingly hard to find. Think space to breathe, four true seasons, strong community ties, access to the outdoors, and a lower cost of living. It suits someone who values focus, stability, and doing work that is tangible and visible.
What you will be doing:
Compensation is commensurate with experience. Salary details are shared early in the interview process.
