- Conduct psychological assessments to evaluate students' cognitive, academic, emotional, and behavioral functioning.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Provide counseling and support services to students facing social, emotional, or behavioral challenges.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and develop intervention strategies.
- Stay current on best practices and research in the field of school psychology.
- Master's or doctoral degree in School Psychology.
- Valid Ohio license or ability to obtain one.
- Previous experience working in a school setting preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
