- Able to use and safely handing all kitchen tools.
- Assist in preparation and service of various foods in assigned work situations including pantry items, dessert items, salads, soups, sauces, meats, and with pre-preparation of ingredients for all menu items.
- Store and properly handle raw or prepared foods and non-food supplies.
- Maintain assigned workstation in a safe and sanitary condition
- Take direction from peers and superiors.
- Maintain acceptable standards of personal hygiene and comply with department's dress code.
- Ensure and follow safety, cleanliness and sanitation programs for the restaurant, team members and guests.
- Consistently execute Company policies and procedures.

- Actively participate in all restaurant related meetings and training sessions; apply learned skills on-the-job.
- Able to clean all kitchen equipment and tools not limited to just one station.
- Clean all areas related to your job including but not limited to floors, counters, equipment, sinks and drains to ensure that the kitchen area is neat, organized and sanitized.
- Cooperates and interacts with colleagues in a positive, respectful manner and with a team approach, offering to assist as needed to ensure a positive customer outcome.
- Reports to work on time in a clean, proper uniform with a positive attitude and as assigned per the schedule on a regular, consistent basis.
- Assist and preforms all duties as assigned by management.

- Able to maneuver packages of any weight above 75 pounds with appropriate equipment and/ or assistance
- Able to move 165 pounds, using appropriate techniques and tools
- Able to work in indoor and outdoor environments with moderate noise and occasionally slippery floors
