Responsibility

Responsible for supporting customer statements and letters for a broad variety of operational functions including letter inventory management, research, requirement outlines, data entry, letter analysis, data mapping analysis, reporting, letter configuration, testing, deployment and communicating with our business lines/ stakeholders and technology partners.

The contractor's primary focus will be a project specific to home equity lines of credit (HELOC) but may expand to other operational areas as needed.

Skillset / Experience

Top 3 MUST HAVE skills or experience required: Research & Documentation, Analysis, and solid communication skills.

Minimum education requirements:
High school Diploma/ GED
