Hamilton Mayer International is working in partnership with a tier 1 general contractor with annual revenues of $6BN.
Our task is to help identify exceptional talent for the Atlanta office which is going through a period of exceptional growth, having already secured their order book for 2022.
SKILLS NEEDED:
Responsible for running multiple large projects from the ground up, with construction values $60-100M upwards.
Create and manage budgets for all assigned projects.
Conduct project meetings, while setting milestones and formulating monthly owner reports.
Establish job processes (RFIs, submittals, and pay applications) including approving pay applications and negotiating subcontract change orders.
Perform project scheduling, project quality control and establish overall project logistics.
Oversee and coordinate planning and scope development, specification and drawing preparation, equipment and materials planning.
Ensure overall quality and project control is at the highest standards.
Providing project reports to the owner and senior leadership.
As a leader, you have to be as available and inclusive as possible for your team.
REQUIREMENTS:
Hospitality and / or multi-family/medical experience responsible for leading projects of at least $60M.Large project experience in the Atlanta region.
Ability to organize necessary resources, including people, tools and time to meet tight deadlines and achieve desired results.
