The role of a Fulfillment Operations Team Leader can provide you with the skills and experience of guest service fundamentals and experience building a guest first culture on your team retail business fundamentals including department sales trends inventory management guest shopping patterns pricing and promotions strategies planning department(s) daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver sales goals process improvements and workload efficiency leading a team of hourly team members including skills in interviewing developing coaching evaluating and retaining talent as a Fulfillment Operations Team Leader no two days are ever the same but a typical day will most likely include demonstrating a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience lead your team drive fulfillment goals understand your role in supporting sales growth how your departments and teams contribute to total store profitability review all fulfillment reporting identify gaps develop plans resolve create daily plans for yourteam be an expert of operations accuracy process efficiency enable efficient delivery guests by leading pickup ship from store workload evaluate recommend candidates open positions develop guest-centric team establish clear goals quality accuracy timeliness hold team members accountable expectations close training gaps through coaching conversations work flexible schedule aligns guest business needs ensure supplies ordered timely stocked partner leader ordering demonstrate inclusivity valuing diverse voices approaches being authentic respectful creating equitable experiences always demonstrate culture ethical conduct safety compliance lead team follow way holding others accountable model execution physical security processes enhance instore security culture support merchandise protection strategies across total store execute best practices outlined with onboard learning help close skill gaps development coaching interactions address all emergency comply address other duties based on business needs this may right job if enjoy interacting helping others guests fellow teammates you thrive fast-moving highly active physically demanding role teamwork flexibility creative problem solving key success have few skills go-getting high school diploma equivalent must least 18 years older previous retail preferred not required lead hold accountable learn adapt current technology needs work independently part time manage workload prioritize tasks independently welcoming helpful attitude toward all guests teammates effective communication skills access areas respond issues interpret instructions reports information accurately handle cash register operations needed climb ladders scan handle move merchandise efficiently safely frequently lifting moving merchandise up pounds additional assistance others ability communicate multiple frequency devices operate handheld scanners equipment directed *Benefits Eligibility* please paste url browser learn benefits eligibility this role:
