    Job Summary:

    The Project Engineer/Accountant will support the project management team by providing timely and accurate billings and reporting for multiple construction projects in a dynamic environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Administer project budgeting, generated from estimators and project managers, from initial setup through change order revisions.
    • Assist project management team with purchase orders, subcontracts, quarterly work in process, commitment change orders, subcontractor's requisitions, vendor invoices, and billings.
    • Perform plan sheet quantity take-offs for analysis and percent complete billing.
    • Track quantities for job costing and billing purposes.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and/or Construction Management.
    • Minimum of three years of field experience in site, civil, and/or utility settings.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Possess critical thinking skills, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction-related software applications.

    Salary Range:

    $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
