- Cleaning designated facility areas on a regular basis (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, etc.)
- Conduct minor repairs and maintenance such as changing light bulbs, replacing ceiling tiles and doing visual inspections
- Traveling to and from facilities within a designated route/radius
- Maintaining a stock of supplies, and paper products at each facility
- Executing deeper cleaning tasks and special projects when required
- Closing out work orders upon completion using Computerized Maintenance Management System via cellphone or computer access at facilities
- Communicating in a pleasant and professional manner with internal Colleagues and external Customers
- Maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies, tools, and materials in vehicles
- Responsibility for maintaining bank supplied vehicle and phone

- 1 or more years of experience in janitorial and light carpentry role
- Proven customer service experience and/or abilities
- Competent use of MS Office applications to include MS Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and Word
- Ability to travel as required

- Ability to work under pressure with efficiency and accuracy
- Ability to plan and prioritize workload
- High School Degree or Equivalent
- Valid Driver's License, required

The Janitorial Custodian (TOF) role within Real Estate Operations has responsibility for routine office cleaning and janitorial services within our Retail and back-office facilities as well as some light maintenance.
In this role you will respond to colleague and business requested work orders and have a routine schedule of work orders.
