Job description
We are seeking an experienced House Manager to oversee the operations of a high-profile private residence that also functions as a business headquarters. The ideal candidate has experience in UHNW households, estate management, or luxury hospitality operations.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of a 15,000+ sq ft private residence
Manage vendors, contractors, and preventative maintenance
Oversee inventory systems, high-volume package intake, and storage coordination
Maintain organization standards across personal and business-related assets
Prepare and organize luggage for travel, including wardrobe selection and equipment packing
Maintain organization of travel gear between trips
Ensure seamless household flow during principal presence and travel
Ideal Candidate
Estate Manager or senior-level House Manager background
Strong operational leadership skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable operating independently
Discreet and security-conscious
Comfortable working within an active family household environment
Compensation commensurate with experience.
Pay: From $85,000.00 per year
