    Perform tasks involved in health, safety, environmental, and quality, training, inspections, and compliance.

    Educate Company employees in complying with Company safety policies and proceduresVerify that all field employees understand and comply with all regulatory requirements and Company safety practices through site visits and auditing protocolsVerify compliance regarding inventory, storage, handling, and transportation of hazardous materials used in conducting Company field operationsAssist with conducting all site inspections required or initiated by regulatory agency representativesConduct HSEQ audits and employee education seminars at Company locationsMaintain a close working relationship with all Company personnel to verify the implementation and compliance with standard operating guidelines.

    Audit field safety and environmental paperwork for accuracy and compliance with department requirementsMake and implement recommendations and improvements to safety, operations, and logistical effectivenessAssist and mentor field supervisory personnel with incident investigations, determining root causes, and preparing detailed and accurate root-cause analysis reportsConduct training of field personnel on proper safety techniques including JSEA completion, incident reporting, performing root-cause analysis, and other company safety programsActively promote and participate in Company safety programsProvide advice and guidance to Company supervisors and/or customer representatives to establish a safe working environment for employees and customersLead by example to develop employee knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary for conducting safe operationsSupport and participate in the organizations quality objectivesOther duties as requested and requiredRequirements:


    EDUCATION :
    Bachelors degree in Occupational Safety or related field


    EXPERIENCE :
    3-5 years experience
