- Scale Trucks in and out
- Gather paperwork from internal & external customers and manually enter into the system
- Coordinate inbound and outbound load scheduling
- Assist the Customer Service Rep and serve as a back-up
- Answering phone calls, communicating via CB radio, faxing, copying and filing in a timely manner
- Enter and update inbound/outbound loads in BEST Logistics system manually.
- Prepare, reconcile, and send weekly and monthly reports to customers and management when needed

- Associate degree required or equivalent years of experience.
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a customer service role, admin role; transportation industry experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a Truck Scale house with little supervision
- Ability to effectively communicate, problem solve, and multi-task.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication and organizational skills are essential.
- Highly motivated, goal oriented, ethical and challenge driven
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office products. Experience with Oracle preferred
- Proven ability to function successfully with minimal supervision.
