Job summary
The Facility SH&E Specialist will coordinate and execute safety health and environmental programs.The position interacts with employees to ensure a culture of safety where each employee is accountable and responsible for Safety Health Environmental conditions behaviors.
Foster/develop a culture where safety health environment are core values with all employees where everyone believes zero achievable everyone actively engaged in performing their work in safe manner everyone actively interacts co-workers prevent at-risk behaviors.
- Analyze SH&E conditions behaviors recommends changes continuously improve SH&E performance world class levels Compliance Primarily responsible implementing systems procedures practices ensure audit ready state compliance.
