We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our newly established Project Management Office (PMO).
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating project tasks, providing administrative support, and ensuring the success of projects with varying complexities.
Daily Duties / Responsibilities
Under the general supervision of the PMO Director, coordinates all tasks of different-sized projects with different complexities using appropriate PM methodology (Agile/Predictive/Hybrid, etc.).
Provides administrative and logistical support for all PMO projects, managing project budgets, shopping carts, P-cards, and purchase orders.
Required
Ability to provide administrative and logistical support for all PMO projects, managing project budgets, shopping carts, P-cards, and purchase orders.
Experience in analyzing and writing business requirements.
Efficient in Microsoft Suites.
Experience with Microsoft project management tools like MS Project, Visio, SharePoint, Teams, etc.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to work with IT engineers/technicians related to IT projects.
Ability to work with different program areas related to non-IT projects.
Required Education
Bachelors degree in Project Management / Management Information Systems / Technology Management / Business Administration or related field or equivalent work experience.
